"Perfect fair Harbor gem of a beach house!It’s just four houses from the beach and it had everything!! The kitchen is amazing and well appointed. Everything felt fresh and new and clean as a whistle. Richard was super attentive as well. It’s perfect and we want to go back!!Also, it has everything that you need (of course we overpacked). The bikes, the grill, wonderful beach towels, and chairs everything was in great condition and wonderfully thought out.Missing fire Island already!"

"An ideal beach house in Atlantique. Located close to the ocean (Atlantique is a narrow part of the island, so everything is close to the beach) but is also steps away from the dock and the Shack. House is well-kept and comfortable. Air conditioning! Lots of light. Plenty of beach chairs and beach bikes. Great communication with Jess, the owner. Would 100% stay here again."
