"We had an amazing family celebration at The President’s Masion last weekend. The house is simply perfect. Well equipped, spacious and impeccably clean with lovely amenities and lots of space for everyone. Beautiful garden, great hot tub and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and relax. The location is also amazing with the Babylon train station only a 10min drive away.Solomon was an amazing host who went over and beyond to help answer questions, provide recommendations and generally welcome us and make us feel at home.Would thoroughly recommend and we will definitely be coming back! "The host were very welcoming and accommodating. The one thing to note is there’s no lockable door to guest between the host and the guest. Other than that it’s a beautiful place to hang out with a comfy bed and couch! "

"Great property/location and only reason I can't do 5-stars across the board is ACCESS SHOULD BE CLEARLY DESCRIBED AT TOP OF LISTING! Even though Google Maps shows directions to/from, YOU CANNOT ACCESS THIS PROPERTY VIA AUTOMOBILE. The ferry schedule also changes and is not always accurately updated on the website. Future renters please do your thorough homework and confirm getting to/from! We completely bailed on the 2nd night due to these challenges."

"Host was communicative, check in was easy. He left a handy beach cart for us to use. The area and neighborhood was lovely, everything you could want or need was nearby. Unfortunately, the property was spartan and rustic and run down. It was very dirty and it is doubtful that any area of the household has been cleaned for some time. There was not only sand and dust on the surfaces and on the floor, I also found a cigarette butt on the floor (we had alerted the host before hand that there would be young children in our party). There was sand in the bed and the sheets were musty. There were used towels in the bathroom, used soap bars, etc, old toothbrushes scattered about, etc. There were shorts left in the outdoor shower and a damp wetsuit in the in-law suite. There was apparently a washer and dryer on the premises but perhaps it was around the back, and made inaccessible due to a flooded yard. Also fairly sure there were cockroaches in the kitchen. We were there only for a short time and wanted to enjoy ourselves so didn't want to make a fuss, but will not be returning. "

"An absolutely fantastic stay on Fire Island. The house is beautiful, has a great kitchen with brand new appliances, and large decks in the front and back. Best of all, the house is steps from the beach. "

"Loved everything about our stay in Fair Harbor. The house is in a great location between the Fair Harbor and Dunewood ferries, a quick walk or bike ride to both the Fair Harbor and Saltaire communities. It was outfitted with everything our family (including our 18-month and 4-year-old) needed for our stay. Communication with the hosts was super smooth, we wanted for nothing! Hope to book again for next summer."
