"Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Able to check in an hour early, upgraded room. Room spotless, comfy beds, windows that open, linens and towels whiter than white. A very good stay."

"Had a fantastic 2 night stay for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Our lodge was lovely, a bit tired but spotlessly clean with stunning views overlooking the Loch. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. On arrival we were greeted by Arthur the Concierge, he was so lovely, helpful & extremely knowledgeable about the Castle and surrounding areas. His colleague Mike was also lovely & very helpful. The reception staff were equally lovely and we were welcomed with a very nice wee dram of whiskey which went down well. The food in the restaurant was delicious, we didn’t have one complaint. We used the Spa facilities and the staff there were also first class just a shame the cleanliness in the showers and spa bath weren’t. "

"Absolutely everything! What a great find this establishment is. If we return to Pitlochry we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The facilities are top notch, lovely, clean and quiet room (7) in the Courtyard, huge and very comfortable bed and a very spacious and spotless bathroom. Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional! , so many choices on the menu and all breakfasts cooked fresh to order using local, fresh produce. Portions were very generous, hot and very well presented, and definitely set you up for the day. If you’re looking for somewhere lovely to stay in Pitlochry, this is it and just a short walk from the town centre."
