Great Reception staff, poor room service quality.

Excellent greeting when I arrived, Reception Lady polite. 5 stars. Room in good clean condition. Room Service, not good. Very loud music in background, difficult to hear person, had to shout, so order could be heard. Once food arrived, pasta overcooked and soggy.

OK pour quelques nuits

En voyage d'affaires, l'hôtel est OK. Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. La propreté est tout juste OK, le mobilier est un peu abimé et pas forcément soigné ; même si le design est sympa. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à un excellent buffet, c'est mangeable mais pas de la plus haute qualité. J'ai passé la nuit dans cet hôtel car je voulais quelque chose de plus proche que mon hôtel habituel pour être rapidement à l'aéroport. Ça a fait le travail, mais je préfère largement l'endroit où j'ai mes habitudes. Wifi gratuit, OK.
