The hotel looks good and has great facillities. Room was comfortable but the toilet didnt have any exhaust so smelled at times - needs some upgrade I feel. What was a letdown at this hotel was the service standards. They took too long to bring anything. Had to call many times for one thing. Breakfast buffet was fine. The people who worked in the breakfast area were really top notch and had a high service standard especially Mr Jahirul Alam. In room dining options werent the best. Overall abit overpriced for what you get.

Stay Somewhere Else

Pros: The rooms were modern. Breakfast was decent. Cons: My room wasn’t ready so hotel stored my luggage. They gave it back with 500 AED stolen. The manager said they would look at the security footage but they didn’t or offer me any compensation. I stay over 100 nights per year in hotels and this has only happened once to me. I would recommend the Hyatt Regency Riyadh instead. It’s a much nicer Hotel.
