On arrival at the property our rooms had been given to someone else, we were not the only people in the hotel this had happened to. Staff not the most friendly until the day we were leaving. Suddenly helpful and nice.

The hotel is nice, clean and very close to Granada Mall (literally a short 5 minutes walk). However, service is a bit slow. I requested a travel adaptor and they kept saying yes we will send it and 3 days passed without them sending it despite daily and afternoon reminders everyday

Non professional check in.
Reception are not professional especially the young Saudi lady how checked me in she made a lot of troubles to me as I have 2 reservations for 2 days, 1st day was in a apartment with one bed room but accommodate 4 adult persons, I requested beds to sleep my 2 children, she asked for extra money although I asked before reservation on phone they said will be provided free, we kept arguing with her till she called her supervisor then he checked me in same apartment to stay 2 nights, as they could not even provide me with non smoking room in 1st night which was my booking request and although I came late night for check in. There is also mis coordination with check out as at end of 1st day they kept on ringing the room to ask me to check out and even they send a person to knock the door to my family asking to check out even we had still one night to go. I felt enhancement during my stay because of mismanagement at check in disk and personnel.

Staff: fantastic. I never saw the same person twice and still same awesome service no matter who I dealt with. Facility: excellent. Get the executive suite. Really nice. Easy access to the mall. Valet parking. 24 hour service. Great hotel.

Excellent For Solo Female Travel
As a solo female traveler, I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful and professional the staff at the Hilton Riyadh was toward me. From the gentleman helping me into and out of ubers, to the front desk staff, to the servers at Ambar, Lotus and room service, all were kind and friendly and so so helpful for me, even though I spoke very little arabic. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here, and I will be making the Hilton Riyadh my home base the next time in I am Riyadh.

Good but …
I booked a room here for a night. The location was good They hotel was nice and so busy The kids liked the swimming pool. My only problem here was that they charged for a deposit (500 SAR) which is normal is many hotels but what is not normal is to not get it back even after complaining them many times. It’s been two months and still did not get it. I did not want to be bad and give them one star and whatsoever because I liked the hotel. But I did not like that I had to complain for my deposit. I will not visit again.

Everything was good staff service and rooms, expect a couple of things..... some of the facilities such as, the pedicure and manicure area needs updating with modern appliances and the pool areas need to be updated as well. Best part was the massage personnel, the massages, sauna and steam rooms were my highlight of the stay. I would say probably one the most cleanest and well maintained sweat rooms... I have ever utilized.

Property is new and suites are designed to provide natural light and grand view. Also suites are high tech and drapes size is appropriate to match grand windows. Room stocked with almost everything you need and robes are outstandingly soft. Room service is excellent and upscale. Few problems I encountered: - hot water is actually not hot, just warm and doesn’t provide hot bath needs. - jetted tub was not working and can’t be filled either - no towel hangers in the bathrooms. When manager was notified about jetted tub issue. I was provided with breakfast in the suite for the two nights stay since they couldn’t fix it or move me to another suite with a working jetted tub.

Nice hotel. But the staff are not very good. There was a lot of miscoordination / miscommunication between different members of their staff that caused me delays, waits, hassles, frustrations, etc. They just need to get themselves altogether as one staff. Presently they are not.

Not good stay for 5 star.
Not so good Slow check in , i had to talk to 2 reception agents at the same time ( one was intern) . Both had very little experience as they had to ask other colleagues to help in each step. I asked for late chekout and was not considered at all.. no one even talked to me about availability. Asked for HD caple but was not available.. laundry was too late.. noise from other apartments Then finally, and again slow checkout process..
