Located in the heart of Rivisondoli, Stef House (75 sqm) accommodates up to 7 guests and features a spacious living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a pod coffee machine. Amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, dryer, and elevator. Self check-in is available for maximum flexibility. A baby cot, bed linens, and towels are provided. On request, an inflatable playground for children can be set up in the garden.



Outside, enjoy a private garden and two balconies—perfect for relaxing or for outdoor meals with a barbecue. The apartment is very close to the ski slopes, making it easy to reach the lifts and enjoy the mountains year-round.
