It fits two bedrooms and a mezzanine and can accommodate up to six people. It also offers an incredible view of the amazing Antilles' palm grove.

It is located above the 'La Mauny' distillery, in an exceptional setting. Come and experience a wonderful stay!

Villa Wodyetia is ideally situated winthin the Martinique. You will be thrown into a unique and vivifying countryside as well as into the evergreen hills.

Villa Wodyetia is an elegant hand-made house and a true lifestyle evidence bringing together exoticism, peace, and serenity for its open spaces. Its subtle layout and the comfortable furniture are in perfect harmony just as well.

Las Palmas is a unique place! The city is surrounded by a listed forest and sugar cane fields. The property was entirely dreamed up by the owner. As a palm-tree lover, he gathered no less than 300 varieties from the entire world.
Day or night, this magical place will carry you away!
In the hollow of Rivière Pilote municipality, Las Palmas is just 5 minutes away from L'Anse du Figuier beach and a few kilometres away from the island’s most beautiful beaches.

The villa has two bedrooms with AC, a mezzanine (perfect for children or teenagers), a bathroom with toilet, an outdoor shower, a fully-fitted open-plan kitchen, and a living room. All rooms open onto a covered terrace and the palm grove garden.
Miscellaneous: children are welcome, house compatible for people with reduced mobility, pets are not allowed, cot on request.

Incredible experience and amazing hospitality!
A group of us (four) stayed at the Pastel's villa and absolutely enjoyed the entire experience. Christophe welcomed us at the airport and we followed them to the vacation rental. They made us feel like we were family and provided us with complimentary breakfast items: eggs, meat, fruit, milk, etc. The residence was clean, well kept, and quiet - we felt like we were at a resort. We highly recommend you spend time at this location, you won't regret it! Thanks again, Christophe!

Excellent spot to relax and unwind. The host and family were great. From meeting us at the airport to showing us around the beautiful home and giving us tips to ensure we experienced the best Martinique has to offer. Loved the home and would stay again the next time we are back.

Nous (6 adultes et un enfant de 17 mois) avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison au milieu d'une superbe palmeraie. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont très bien accueilli malgré notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine à nos retours après avoir sillonné l'île sous la chaleur.
