For this being the only motel in Riviera they truly need to do better! Dirty, outdated, not kept! Had to shower with my flip flops on due to there being dirt, hair in the tub, mold on shower curtain. Burn holes in the sheets…just terrible!!

I had reserved two rooms one for me, my mom and my three kids the other for my brother and nephew. I had ask for joining rooms or rooms that was be side each other I was told that would be no problem. When we got checked in i tried to show reservation number he did not even look at it. We ended up being room 124 they was 128. When we got there I was debating on whether the hotel was even open it looked runned down. I got into my room and there was what I presumed to be spilled salsa on the night stand and on the floor behind it. Not once did housekeeping come to our room for towels or toiletries. They did however stop by my brothers room. Every time we needed anything we had to go to the front desk to get it.The pool was open and the kids did enjoy the time in the pool

The pool was beautiful clean and cool there were a ton of flies the room was hot and stale when entering but cooled off quick battled the flies over night no biggie for the price and the pool made it so worth it and enjoyably smelled clean beds wer3 very comfortable would return

Best stay for the price!
You can't beat the price for this room. We've stayed in rentals around the area but the hassle of so many rules ....where to park, what time is quiet time and gates close at a certain time just doesn't agree with our fishing time. The property could use some upgrades as far as the refrigerator and microwave but for the most part. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and service was good.

-upon checking in they did not have my Expedia reservation -I asked for 2 beds and they gave me 1 king -area is quiet for being close to a busy street -there is a strong smell of spices in the room -clerks were nice -rooms were clean -walls are too thin, I could hear the neighbors having sex!

The room was old and crummy. Appearance of uncleanness and lack of maintenance. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. However, the bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Beds sheets were clean but everything else was run down. Lots of dings and scrapes and a few small holes in sheetrock. There was also dead bugs behind tv console. Carpet needed to be replaced. Someone Burt carpet with an iron too. Coffee cans left outside for smokers not very attractive and too many stray cats living on premises.
