"Tghis is A GREAT hotel and we stay there often. However, the customer service was a miss this trip. The ice maker on the 1st,2nd,3rd, 4th floor was out of order this weekend. I just wanted a yeti cup full of ice and water. Also, the hot water was turned off for the hot chocolate after breakfast. So coffee is available all day but hot water only in the morning-yet hot chocolate and iced tea packets are available? It was 48 degrees Saturday, and hot tea would have been nice. I ask 3 different staff members over the weekend for "Yello" -ice and hot water and my response was "no English". How can staff properly provide customer service if they can't speak English? Breakfast sausage was great, powedered eggs were not. Waffle was great, some fresh fruit would have been nice."

"Hotel was in a great, convenient location. Received a nice upgrade from the front desk when checking in. Room was nice and spacious, but couch, desk chair and bedding was pretty worn. "

"We rented a room for two nights. The first night we arrived, the hallway leading to our room was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. I assumed there had just been a lot of traffic in and out. When we got into our room, the toilet was clogged and couldn’t be used. A lady from the front desk came and fixed it, so I figured it was just a one-time issue and that the next day would be better. The next morning we got up early and left. Before leaving, we gathered our used towels and trash and had everything ready for housekeeping. The trash was tied up in the small trash bag from the room. When we returned around 1:30 in the afternoon, the hallway still looked like it had not been cleaned. When we went into our room, it had not been serviced at all. The towels were still there, and the trash had not been picked up. I called the front desk, and the employee told me housekeeping had already left for the day. She said she couldn’t provide fresh towels or toilet paper and that no one was available to pick up the dirty towels or trash. I asked if the manager could call me, and she said the manager would call in a day or two. We ended up checking out early. It’s now been a week, and the manager still hasn’t reached out. Honestly, not only was the hotel dirty, but it was also very rundown. The pictures on the website are not accurate, even the gym didn’t match what was advertised. The lady at the front desk mentioned she was new, so she was doing what she could."
