"The Tipi Retreat had all necessary amenities and then some. Owners clearly anticipated any needs from heated blankets, a coffee maker, outdoor heater to twinkle lights. The beds were very comfortable and the scenery was outstanding. There were only port-a potties on site but as a family used to camping, we didn’t mind. The hotsprings that were open in town were not to our liking but the Tipi Resort is a definite must if you’re staying in the area."

"This is an old, worn property. Nevertheless, it was clean and the room was properly attended to - minus the bad 1 inch square sliver of soap - Yikes! Towels were above average and bedding was fresh . Bed was great. Do not stay in the front of this property due to all the high truck traffic within 60 feet of the front door. Overall, for the price of a pre-Covid room, given no breakfast and an aging, tired look, this was still a good experience - bathrooms are just too small and clearly there’s not enough plug-ins for today’s electronics and traveling public"
