Renovated private suite with remodeled kitchen, bathroom and walk-in closet.
The Suite is located in a residential gated community. (located near train tracks and middle school) With Shopping centers and restaurants close by.
The "above" garage Bonus suite is separate from house with private entry. The 450 sf+ private suite is furnished with a queen size bed, oversized leather love seat, 36" rnd dining table and tv/dresser. The suite gets the afternoon and evening sun, I have provided new blackout curtains to reduce any noise and to help keep the suite cool.
Amenities include new sheets and towels.
For the comfort of all future traveler's whom may have allergies, I maintain 2 absolute rules to ensure the suite remains a comfortable and safe environment free from smoke and animal dander:
#1 No-smoking in the suite or around the property
#2 No Pets or animals of any kind. Pets or animals are not allowed in the suite nor on or around the property..
I look forward to providing a safe, comfortable environment and welcoming stay during your business travels.
