"This place has the feel of a 5 star resort that once was, years ago. It needs many repairs and a lot of cleaning, but most of all it needs solid leadership to make it a reputable place I would recommend for above average where it could be with simple cleaning and repairs. "Bungalow quite comfortable and spacious bed very firm but suited us. Stayed two nights and think we were the only ones there. Very quiet but that was fine with us. We were given a lift up to main road on our departure day. Negatives, no tea coffee facilities after breakfast and no bottled water on second day or housekeeping. Difficult to get to any attractions without a car. Pool was great to cool down in after a days walking."

"Terrible stay in my life experience. The electricity went out around 5pm and the hotel had no attendant after many attempts to contact them. Finally, decided to leave as it presented unsafe issue under 35 degree in temperature. Finally, a guy came in around 7:30pm with an emergency light and we gave the key back but could not get THB500 deposit back as the office was locked. On the following day, we contacted the hotel again and again while hotel.com also tried to contact them but without luck....

"I booked this for my wife and her mom. For the price they had terrible experience. Room was not at all as pictures. Old and run down, hard bad, hard pillows, broken door of the bathroom, toilet flush didn't work. Buffet breakfast didn't have many choices and was poorly organized as far as silverware and placement. Overall, for $70+ a night you can get much better hotel. "

"We really enjoyed our time at the resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the pool deluxe rooms and it was a lot of fun for everyone. This resort is couple as well as kid friendly. The raft ride was also a lot of fun. The resturant was good and breakfast was really worth the money. We will go back for sure!"
