A room with a view of the river is well worth it! The nighttime view from the balcony lived up to the pictures.
The staff at Lebua are exceptional. We were impressed from check-in to check-out with how lovely all staff were. Friendly, helpful, and attentive. We splurged on lounge access and I appreciated how, at the end of the night, staff went around to each table to kindly let us know the Lounge would be closing soon and offered to put in one last drink order before closing.
We loved our stay! The only flag I would raise for first-time visitors is that booking Grab (Thailand's version of Uber) can be a bit tricky as many drivers seem hesitant to enter the gated entry. This is easily overcome by walking out to meet them instead.
Highly recommend and would book again!
