"We stayed for our second trip to happy valley at the happy house. It is such a great location and Leah and Rod [who own the property] were fantastic. They truly went out of their way to help us out with a car problem we had and were incredibly generous with their time. Despite having a broken down car we still had an absolute blast staying in the happy house and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend it and out of more than 13 trips to Fraser this one was the best we have had. Thanks...

"The family stay at Lil’s Place was comfortable and quiet. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the island and in the hm. Would stay there again."

"1 out of 10 for communication before we got there and much difficulty firstly as staff were not aware that we could make up phone numbers for each person. Very poor communication as i made 8 unanswered phone calls in the days before we got there and we were told there would be someone at the property to let us in--no show. Had to seek out office and person in office gave us the wrong code for the key safe--we were locked out for 40 minutes till sorted. Very frustrating!"

"This property is conveniently located and has onsite garage parking (which was good). However the building is tired and strangely, there was no soap, body wash, hand wash, or shampoo in the apartment. In this day and age, that is odd to say the least. "

"Our second year in a Bree managed property. When the only thing you can complain about is not having a plug to be able to do a shave then it's pretty well good. Oh and that the 500 piece puzzle had 498 pieces. Seriously as a 17 plus trip visitor to the island there's nothing to complain about"

"It is not often that a holiday rental surpasses the online photos, but this one does. The size, location and amenities are all top class. Our family of 15 spent 8 nights there and all ages thoroughly loved it. The kitchen is just wonderful, with heaps of room and bench space to enable multiple people to work in it at the same time. The view is ever changing and very relaxing. Plenty of room in the front yard for games of cricket and football. "

"Villa Beachside is a lovely location in Toogoom right next to the tidal Beelbi Creek. One reason we chose this house was the bikes and kayaks that were available. And the kayaks definitely came in handy to explore the creek. There is an interesting assortment of novelty bikes, unfortunately none were suitable for practical use to explore the area to any distance. The listing on stayz mentioned a gym and hot tub.
