The hotel is pet friendly and they put the pets on the third floor. I was on the second floor and I listened, for over an hour, a bouncing ball bouncing all over with a dog chasing after it, barking. It wasn’t quiet. I wished the mini fridge had a freezer compartment so I could have re-freeze my cold packs for my cooler. However, the hot breakfast was excellent….one of the best hot breakfast’s I have had

I was a little skeptical to pay 160 for a quick overnight stop but there were only two options and the reviews were so good that I decided to risk it and I didn’t regret it. The hotel was decorated with horse and farm imagery as well as patriotic artwork and it was clear that the owners or management is Christian, there was a Bible open on the table when you walk in but no Quran or payer mat for example. Although they offered free books about Christianity and had mentions of Faith and God and American patriotic themed things all around, it somehow didn’t feel pushy at all and it gave a “visiting someone’s grandparents” vibe in all the best ways rather than a “everyone but us is doomed” vibe. The hotel was super clean and I could tell the management has great attention to detail. Although some things such as the upholstered chairs and carpets were dated, I still sat on the chairs when I ate and didn’t feel icky taking off my shoes because it felt like someone had just removed grandma’s clear plastic cover from it after years. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and since 2020 the standards have gone way down as far as cleanliness in most hotels in the 100-150 dollar range and it was such a relief to not feel like I was going to get bitten by bugs or touch something gross. Being in the industry I could tell that they aren’t skimping on staffing and their team is doing their job, makes me think they are well treated. The breakfast was amazing! husband loved the combine decor.

I wish someone had mentioned the noise level of this property in the reviews so I am going to do that and hopefully save someone else a sleepless night. The property is located directly next to the interstate and is very loud with semi truck traffic all night long. The walls are paper thin and you could hear your neighbors from every direction. For the cost of the room $164 I would have expected a little better of a place. I will choose to stay elsewhere next time. Probably back in Kennewick or Richland. More competition and far better quality for the price point.

My wife and I loved the small town feel and hospitality of this hotel. Ritzville is an small agricultural town that is past its prime but it is a great piece of Americana. Its location was perfect for visiting a number of attractions in eastern Washington.

We enjoy staying at The Bronco Inn Ritzville on our way East. Very family oriented. Plenty of seating for breakfast. It's easy to get to from I-90. Ritzville is fun to explore.

Very nice and helpful staff. The layout of the facility is stretched out. For that reason it is a very quiet building. We loved it. Also the breakfast variety is outstanding, anything your heart desires.

At around 12:30 am was awaken by loud laughter and vulgar talk from outside in the patio area. Called front desk around 1:30 and complained and said I would call the police if it didn’t stop. Was told they would take care of it. It finally calmed down for about 15 minutes but started back up finally ending around 2:30am. Asked in the morning why they don’t have a curfew at night for the patio area. Wasn’t answered. I would never stay there again for this reason. Would drive an extra 30 miles to Moses lake and stay there. Very few places to eat in Ritzville. A real dive.
