"This place is great. Not for it's facilities, but for the honesty, kindness and professionalism of it owner Anska. The bungalow rooms are very simple, with a/cand shower, clean an comfortable and cooectly priced. There is very good food served for breakfast and evening meals if you want them. Anska will take you in his jeep or tuc-tuc to any of the marvelous sites in the area and also do jeep safaris into the local parks to see elephants and other fauna. All at reasonable prices. "It is a large hotel catering for many guests. Check in took time and front desk staff seem over worked. Restaurant staff are great and friendly. Good food selection and kid friendly. "

"We enjoyed our stay here and our children loved sleeping in a “tree house”. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Super with our children. A little way out of town though so required transport to get into central Sigiriya. "

"Such a beautiful gem! The manager was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were cosy, and the food was absolutely amazing- one of the main reasons we chose this place, and it truly lived up to our expectations. Just a small heads-up: the rooms didn’t come with toiletries, so make sure to bring your own. Would definitely recommend! So glad we stayed here. "

"As the hotel name suggests the property is located away from the city's hustle and bustle :) you are immersed in nature and its beautiful surroundings. The staff were welcoming and our check in was quick and smooth. Rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities. There was enough water pressure from the shower head regardless of the negative comments some guests experienced. Food at the restaurant was deeeeelicious and plenty of varieties from Sri Lankan to international cusines my kids enjoyed their dinner and breakfast (ages 4, 8 and 13) Pool was clean and inviting. Now to the spa i cannot thank Andhira enough she was amazing. I highly recommend guests to stay at Sigiriya Jungles if you are looking for peace and quiet in the middle of nature. "
