"Superb modern/deco hotel within minutes of the old bridge and other amenities. We had a junior suite which was well equipped and spacious. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Lovely Penhaligon toiletries."

"The room had peeling paint on the ceiling and the towel warmer was rusted. Rooms need to be updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing!"

"Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Please note if you are from the uk, there are No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which might not seem to be an issue for many, but we felt it lost a star based on this and the fact that there was an issue with our shower drainage as it took a while for the water to go down. The hotel is next to a tramline but if that's not your thing then im afraid walking is impossible due to the distance. Overall pleased with our stay and would have given full stars if it wasn't for the above."

"The staff was great, there was plenty of room in the Junior Suite, the location can’t be beat and we had all the towels and coffee pods we needed. Our only complaint was that the shower had very poor water pressure and sometimes the unit was hot requiring we open the windows and then it was a bit noisy."

"This is a charming setting if not in the center of the old town. You cannot beat the views. The staff at the front desk were helpful. One even printed out our train tickets and delivered them to us in the bar."
