"The location is decent; it’s close to the train station and a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. However, the amenities are poor. We only have one soap for all our needs, and the staff is unresponsive to our requests for towels and other items. If you’re okay with basic and poor customer service, this place might be suitable for you as a temporary accommodation. However, I believe there are better options available. "

Also other citizenM in different countries provide complimentary water in the room. This one had nothing "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s typical for Paris—and you’re not visiting Paris to spend your time in the room. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic, literally steps from the Arc de Triomphe. There are plenty of lively bars and restaurants right around the hotel, and if you walk just five minutes into the surrounding neighborhoods you’ll find excellent bakeries and authentic local restaurants. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were lovely and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We arrived after spending a night at another hotel that we had to leave early due to poor conditions, so we were especially relieved to find such a welcoming and comfortable place. The hotel was in the middle of renovations, but it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, I believe we were given a newly renovated room on the third floor, which was very spacious and comfortable. After our experience with the first hotel, where the online photos were very misleading, we were hesitant about staying elsewhere in Paris. This hotel completely restored our confidence. The property was wonderful and located in a vibrant area. It’s close to the Louvre and Notre Dame, with plenty of shopping nearby, including high end designer stores. There are also many great restaurants in the area. It’s a lively and enjoyable neighborhood to stay in, especially if it’s your first time visiting Paris. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"There was an empty glass water bottle on the ground in-front of my door upon check in. The room didn’t seem like it was just cleaned. I paid a lot of money for 1night for an Eiffel Tower view room. The view is obstructed and I wish it would have detailed that in the description because I would’ve booked somewhere else. The front of the property is under construction so it’s very loud. "
