"Lovely big quiet room, warm friendly welcome and a good breakfast in very pleasant dining area with a glorious view out to Clifford's Tower. Wide choice of pubs and good places to eat with 2 mins walk. Easy walking to all major attractions and very close to bus links. Great value for money but felt "high end""
"Parking chaotic as it's not monitored for non-resident use and spaces are not clearly marked as reserved.
Some rooms are only accessible by a tortuous set of narrow stairs not ideal for anyone but the fitest and most agile!
Staff were excellent in helping find us an alternative room, however."
