This Super 8, like most, is a basic place to lay your head, nothing fancy. But with that said, it was an excellent experience. It was clean throughout and had efficient, friendly employees. The location was good too, right off I-77 at the north end of Ripley. Be sure to go to the Mexican restaurant that is just across the street from this hotel: it was outstanding!

Liked the convenience, the price, that it had breakfast, which was very limited and rather lame. The furniture in our room, a lazy boy chair, was in tatters. The vinyl was partially ripped off. But overall, it was a great place for an overnight stay during a trip. We'd stay again, as long as the price is still good.

The chair in 202 should be moved to the curb where they must have found it. Try dusting the lamps! Water leak in bathroom over night. Thanks but we will find alternate accommodation next time. Fellow at the front desk who checked us in was lovely, best part of our stay. Keep him!
