Rooms are very nice and have all Dove products in the bathroom, which i love. Beds and pillows are very luxurious. Rooms have keurig coffee maker, microwave and frig. They have a little store by the main desk where you can purchase snacks, Banquet microwave dinners, ice cream, and beverages. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this location many times and will probably stay here again. Our only problems were the smoke detector started chirping at 5am needing a battery and there was no milk for breakfast.

If we did NOT want our roomed cleaned or made up, there was a card to hang on the door. We sit not hang the card out. Came back from our day out to find it not cleaned. The next day before leaving we specifically asked the cleaning staff to do our room. She said she would. We came back after a full day and evening out to find the room had NOT been touched. Very disappointed.

Overnight stay passing through the area
Good safe location, hotel recently renovated and looks nice, booked a room for three people but only had enough towels for two, when we went to get more towels they did not have enough regular towels on hand and had to give us a bath mat towels instead. Good warm breakfast included. The room had a bunch of lady bugs by the window and on the ceiling we didn't bother them and they didn't bother us.

From Courtney at a late check-in to Joanne in breakfast services....our stay was incredible! Joanne had a beautiful, fresh breakfast to get our day started with. She brought us a to-go goodie bag and two mints. She was quite awesome !!! We were very, very impressed. The room was clean and fresh...housekeeping was fantastic! And Courtney at check-in was professional, very kind, and extremely helpful as we were exhausted and hungry. We 150% recommend this location!! We will definitely be back and will make this particular location our stopping point from this day forward!

We enjoyed our time at the Ripley Holiday Inn. The breakfast was excellent. The only things of mention was the shower in the morning wasn't hot-hot. The water stayed lukewarm and the shower drain was a little slow. Also the hotel did not have any drinks for vending. The cooler they had just had some off brand drinks and juices. Not much variety. I notified the staff of the shower water and drain at check out. Outside those items it was super clean and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Spent the weekend in a suite, very clean and comfortable. Staff was great and the breakfast was good as well. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Ripley.

Our reservation was for 5 people, but the room only had towels for 2 people. I called the front desk and they said they would bring some up. The next morning, my husband had to go get some. The room was nice, comfortable and good sleeping.

I specifically searched for a hotel with a pool for my two granddaughters. Needless to say, we were great dissatisfied to find the pool closed. Staff at the front desk seemed self absorbed and unfriendly. The young man staffing the breakfast bar was very helpful.

Ill start by saying the staff was very kind and did their best to be helpful. Probably the nicest staff I've ever seen at a hotel. Right down to the woman manning the breakfast area and the cleaning crew. Excellent. I do think the staff is spread thin and could use some extra help. That said, we booked this hotel for the pool. Paid the extra money this hotel charges because they advertised a pool. The pool was not operational. It was downright dirty and didn't look like anyone was even trying to make it operational. My other complaint is the towel situations. There was no towels in our room when we arrived so we asked and received towels with lipstick on them. The rooms themselves were very clean and felt comfortable. We had, also, saved up cash to go on our trip in a jar all year, and decided to use cash on our trip. We don't like using cards, we don't own credit cards and picked the option to pay when we got there on Orbitz for this reason. This hotel does not take cash at all. We worked it out, but I don't like being forced to use credit/debit cards. Just a preference that you might want to be aware of when you go.

The pool is still not in service. It had been closed since at least May. We are paying for this amenity and there is no sign they are ever going to work on it again. The outside door near our room does not work so we cannot park near the door to get easy access to our room
