Personalet oplyste, at de ikke kunne flytte os, fordi de ikke kunne foretage ændringen i bookingsystemet, selvom vi online kunne se, at der var ledige værelser. Dagen efter kunne vi godt få et andet værelse, men kun mod en merbetaling, og vi skulle først tjekke ud og vente omkring fire timer, før det nye værelse ville...
