Absolutely lovely hotel, location in Opatija and staff. Plenty of choice at breakfast and also at dinner in the hotel wit chef on hand to cook fish etc fresh. Hotel well located for eating out also with lovely local restaurants. Will definitely be back here.

Beautiful views!

This place is absolutely beautiful, great location, we had stunning views and balcony from our room. We were offered champagne on arrival and parking was easy in the parking bay, with someone to park our car. Our only problem we had was the aircon didn’t work they couldn’t have anybody fix it until the morning. So it was an extremely warm uncomfortable night.

Bra hotell

Fint hotell, men trist att behöva betala extra för strandstolarna. Bra sängar och bra AC (vilket behövdes för det var varmt) så man kunde sova gott. Trångt vid poolen eftersom bara en liten del utomhuspool. Inget ställe man bör åka med småbarn utan mer par eller äldre barn för poolen och poolområdet var mer för relax. Väldigt fräsch och riklig frukostbuffé. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal, man kände sig välkommen.

Spa zona 100kn???? Zasto??

Bila sam vise puta i svaki put se sokuram kad mi kazu da se spa zona naplacuje extra 100kn.. apeliram da menagment hotela to promjeni jer to nisam nigdje vidila a puno putujem. Minus zbog toga. Sve drugo je super.

Allgemein ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Sehr gutes Essen. Jedoch sollte man erwähnen, dass Parkmöglichkeiten nur für 16 Euro/Tag zur Verfügung stehen und der Privatstrand nur nutzbar ist, wenn man für 30 Euro/Tag Liegen und Sonnenschirm mietet.

Une pause hors du temps

Très bel hôtel, un peu hors du temps comme le reste de la station mais dont le service, l’accueil et les installations (piscine, salle de restauration...) sont parfaitement au goût du jour. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, frais et varié et pour la piscine équipée de lits, transats et poufs tous plus confortables les uns que les autres. Parfait pour un week-end détente.

la struttura è davvero molto bella . la camera accogliente e in stile moderno, l'unico neo, e purtroppo pesante, il rumore delle macchine di raffreddamento/riscaldamento che hanno accompagnato tutto il "non "sonno" notturno con il loro sordo "wuuuuuuuu".

Sehr gutes Hotel für Silvesteraufenthalt

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick aber ohne Balkon gebucht. Wir bekamen dann ein Zimmer im mit dem Haupthaus direkt verbundenen Nebenhaus im Dachgeschoß. Das Fenster lag wegen dem Dach sehr weit unten und war auch sehr klein, so dass wir beim nächsten mal trotz höherem Preis eher ein Zimmer mit Balkon wählen würden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett hatte zwei sehr bequeme Einzelmatratzen. Die Heizung (Klimaanlage) funktionierte sehr gut, was wir in anderen Hotels z.B. in Italien nicht immer feststellen konnten. Das Bad war sehr groß und mit großer Dusche und eigenem Fenster ausgestattet. Das Hotel hat eine eigene Tiefgarage mit ausreichenden Stellplätzen. Obwohl das Hotel am Meer liegt haben wir keinen direkten Ausgang zum Strand gefunden, das ist aber im Winter ja auch nicht so wichtig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war entstanden an der (einzigen) Kaffeemaschine kurze Wartezeiten. Das Buffet wurde bis zum Schluß (10 Uhr) immer wieder aufgefüllt.

かなりいいかげんです

ホテル名が違います。入り口に看板もなくタクシーの運転手がかなり探して尋ねて周りました。女性のフロントの対応は横柄で親切ではありませんが、チェックアウト時の男性スタッフは丁寧でしっかりしていました。 ツアーデスクに居た女性に、プリトビッツへの行き方を尋ねました所、ツアーだけでバスがないという答えでした。しかし、実際には隣町からバスが出ていました。

Zahlen für das Hotelpool und für den Strandzugang

Das Hotel ist ca. 100 Meter vom Meer, warum so negativ; Alles ist Extra zu bezahlen: 1.) Das Pool im Hotel; ca. €10/3h/Person; Parkplatz € 15/Tag; Zugang zum Meer ca. € 20/Tag. Das man aber für ein Pool im Hotel in der Klasse bei € 150/Tag extra bezahlen muss ich glaube das findet man so schnell in Europa niergendwo mehr. Positiv zu bewerten ist das extrem freundliche Management und das Personal, sowie das Frühstück und die Hauseigene Schokoladefabrik.

It is not hotel ever i booked via Expedia

1st: There is no such hotel You offered me to book ! It called whatever but not Astoria Grand Hotel. 2nd: It is impossible to fine but just by Sherlock or chance - the building named Continental, other buildings other labels and reception not labeled at all and located other building next to the street 3rd: Key of the room not labeled or packed in room name hotel etc, Ther is no indication of the facilities where offered by Expedia - no any spa or whatever 4th: The room is without window but a slot with a bar ! Not possible to close the light from it etc 5th: The bad are worst i ever stay d in a hotel in my life , it is not twin but two separate and the pillows are the bags with plastic balls.
