We Planned to stay there for 3 days Emailed the reservation email 3 times for new accommodations No response. Resquested a room decoration for our birthday (my husband and I - same day) they emailed me the pics and the options and nothing was done. Front desk showed zero accountability for it. I was glad that I canceled the other 2 nights. Beautiful hotel... but the staff was not even trying to assist or accommodate any of our needs

The hotel was clean. There was no hair dryer in my room and I asked for one to be left for the next morning, but it wasn’t. They were very helpful with transportation from the airport, the food at the restaurant was fabulous. I would probably stay there again. The hallways echoed so when people were walking in them it was very loud. The showers were quite noisy from nearby rooms.

Beautiful grounds and nice rooms. Bathroom could have used a deep cleaning. Tissue paper and some extra towels would have been useful. Shower temperature appears to be impossible to calibrate in Colombia. Food was very good!

Don’t stay in the 1 floors, windows are thin and don’t block the highway sound. We had a kitchen in the room but with not even a coffee maker, sink did not work. Asked the staff to help us change rooms and didn’t receive any help. Such and average stay over all.
