Casetta Anna – Nature, Hiking & Relaxation in the Cinque Terre Park

Casetta Anna is a standalone rustic cottage nestled in the heart of Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the municipality of Riomaggiore. It’s the perfect choice for those who love hiking, peace, and quiet. Important note: distances shown on the booking platform are calculated as the crow flies and do not reflect actual travel distances.



Far from the bustle of the Cinque Terre, about 350 meters above sea level and surrounded by vineyards, pine trees, and dry-stone walls, the house offers stunning sea views. On clear days, you can admire the Tuscan coast and the islands of Capraia, Gorgona, Elba, and Corsica.



The house is located on the SVA Portovenere-Riomaggiore trail: Riomaggiore can be reached in 45 minutes on foot, Portovenere in about 2 hours and 45 minutes. La Spezia and Riomaggiore are about 8 km away, while the nearest village, Biassa (4 km), has a grocery store, post office, pizzeria, restaurant/osteria, and tobacco shop, where you can buy bus and train tickets, get all kinds of information, and purchase local products and wines.



Buses from Biassa go to La Spezia and Riomaggiore, both reachable in under 20 minutes.



The house, on two floors in typical Ligurian style, features a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and bathroom with hairdryer, soap, and shampoo on the ground floor. The bedroom, accessed via an external stone staircase, is on the first floor. The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, induction cooktop, and kettle.



The house is accessible only on foot, about a three-minute walk from the free parking area via a forest path. We recommend traveling with light, easy-to-carry luggage. Arriving with your own vehicle is highly recommended.
