"House and location are okay. Not as exclusive as stated in the online description. We estimate the photos are 10 years old. The sea view is gone due to the trees in the garden of the neighbors. The worst is a poor set of kitchen and BBQ appliances are missing which simpler houses have automatically. The local agency did not get permission to adjust the requested equipments."

"Maison en bon état mais équipement à disposition limité: niveau vaisselle pas de bols, verres à vin, services à salade, ciseaux, éplucheur,...
pas d’aspirateur, éponge ou brosse vaisselle. Le ménage était sommaire (table salle à manger en verre pleine de traces et résidus alimentaires dans rainure, bonde douche probablement pas nettoyée de la saison, carton rouleau PQ vide derrière les WC, toiles d’araignée, poussière sous les meubles, en période Covid-19 on d’attend à un nettoyage soigneux...

"Pros: Anzitutto devo dire che ho prenotato la vacanza servendomi di Holidu per la prima volta e mi sono trovato bene, anche con l'agenzia di riferimento che è stata sempre tempestiva e disponibile nelle risposte. Comodo fra l'altro che sono arrivato a Portoferraio e ripartito da Rio Marina e ho potuto gestire comunque comodamente la consegna delle chiavi in quanto l'agenzia ha sede in entrambi.
L'appartamento è in posizione centrale, nonostante Rio nell'Elba sia comunque un piccolo paesino...
