"The room is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay very much. Suggestion on communciation: Please communicate more precisely so as not to customer's anxiety. On the check-in day, the payment was not successfully processed due to glitches on my credit card. I was informed that my reservation had been canceled. I had to rebook my reservation subject to availability. I was panick and was enroute with pretty noisy background. I might have behaved not very politely on the phone when talking to the staff to fix the reservation problem. I apologized for that. Had I not been told my reservation was canceled but pending, I would have behaved more calmly. "

"This was our second stay and we absolutely love the property. We tried to get a room with the balcony overlooking the ocean and it does not disappoint. Until asked for feedback, I did not know there was free breakfast. I think this is an error."

"Great room with view of the property and sunset. The Thai restaurant was fantastic! The property was very well managed, cared for and cleaned, the grounds keeper does an amazing job. The clean pool and hot tub were winderful ways to end your day in Rincon. We'll be back!"
