"I booked a ocean view room but when I arrived the hotel staff provide me a handicap room on the third floor with no view to the ocean; I complained and the changed me to another room on the same floor with view to the bar and pool ... I had complained and finally got the room I paid for.
Also, every single morning out of the 5 days the maintenance crew was banging and using electrical tools - I complained but no solution was offered.
The area where they serve breakfast was under maintenance also and the noice was strong - I complained but the lady on charge of the staff told me that they can not do anything because they cannot stop the maintenance ... this was at 10:00am ... the time for breakfast was until 10:30am ... they couldn't wait to start the maintenance until breakfast time was over .... I regret choosing that 500 dollars night hotel just to have issues with not providing me the correct room and all the noice for maintenance ...."
