Levei quase 40 minutos pra fazer o check-in, depois fiquei os 3 dias sem tv,estava c defeito e não resolveram nada, quarto c ventilador de teto horrível, levei o meu mas não adiantou muito quente .A janela de vidro tem uma cortina sem black-out, quando da 04:30 da manha a claridade te acorda.Reclamei varias vezes com a atendente na recepção, mas elas escutam e não resolvem nada....vim embora antes do dia não aguentei ficar.

Suíte boa, porém no site não constava opção de quartos com ar condicionado, chegando lá nos deparamos com quarto igual ao nosso porém com ar, não sei porque os valores não são os mesmos neste caso, fomos informados que o site não colocou esta informação, que há quartos com ar condicionado, acho isso muito importante ser reparado o quanto antes, fomos bem atendidos por todos os funcionários, acho que se estes pequenos erros forem resolvidos, ficará tudo mais claro e objetivo para o cliente.

Péssima e horrível hospedagem.

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei. Na primeira foi tudo certo. Nesta segunda foi péssima. O ar condicionado não funcionou. Após muita insistência tive a troca de quarto Não teve água quente nos dois dias que me hospedei. Os funcionários são agradáveis. A administração péssima. O proprietário reside lá, mas não se importa muito em solucionar os problemas. O quarto que fiquei e o ar não funcionou. No dia seguinte hospedaram um casal mesmo sabendo do problema. Pouco caso e má fé. Saí do Rio para descansar e tive problemas que em casa certamente não teria. Péssima e sofrível hospedagem. Em tempo. O café é simples e não fazem reposição. Tem que chegar na abertura do salão. Se chegar do meio para o fim. Corre o risco de nada mais ter.

Estadia tranquila...o único problema que no ato da reserva informei que éramos casal de idosos e ficamos no terceiro andar de escadas.... não indico para pessoas idosas pois o café da manhã também é no segundo andar... mas tirando esse percalço a hospedagem foi satisfatório ...em frente a praia... não precisamos de carro para nada....

Decepcionante

Disseram que a reserva não era com ar condicionado, mas o quarto tinha o equipamento sem o controle remoto pra ligar. Não prestei atenção que o quarto não teria ar refrigerado. O período do café da manhã é apenas de 2 horas, de 8 às 10. A maioria das pousadas coloca água e café na recepção para os hóspedes, mas a Giras Sol não oferece nada. Não tinha sabonetes no quarto, tive que pedi na recepção e só deram 1, pra 2 pessoas e o rolo de papel higiênico estava quase no fim e em cima da bancada do lavatório. Só mesmo a localização e a limpeza são os aspectos positivos.

Quando cheguei não tinha água quente,a noite faltou água e só voltou depois do almoço,nem todos os quartos tem Ar condicionado, café da manhã com fraco com poucas opções, recepcionista não fazia esforço pra ajudar,só dizia que ela não sabia como resolver a questão do chuveiro e que teríamos que aguardar o funcionário da noite ,a tv não pega o canal aberto,o funcionário da noite chegou e também não soube resolver as questões,em fim,só decepção.
