"Here are just a few of the outstanding staff: Rojay, waiter at The Grill and Chez Isabelle, attentive, remembered my allergies each time. Antoinette, hostess at the Lobster House and Magna. She remembered our name and room number, always a smile on her face. Impressive! Kimono at the Zenith pool. Pleasant and efficient even though she seemed overworked. Allayah, The Lobster House. Remembered allergies and she was attentive. Britannia, Magna. A real professional server! Felicia, waitress at the small pool. She always seemed to be there when we were ready for another beverage. Christopher and Jessie at the Martini bar. They were friendly and hard workers. The bar could get quite busy and they always made sure to acknowledge each guest even if it would be a few minutes before they could take their order. Kenira, hostess at the breakfast buffet. She remembered us each morning and made us feel welcome. All of the staff in the Club Lounge were helpful and friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our 3rd stay at Excellence Oyster Bay!"

"Everything was really good, me and my had a great time. I will say the entertainment wasn’t that good, and it was hard to find chairs in the shade near the pool or beach because people would get there early and leave towels/belongings on the chairs and then leave so nobody else could use it. That was beyond annoying. Outside of that the food was good, the staff was friendly. I’d go back for sure"

"Everything was wonderful"

"FDR is a resort where families come back year after year. The staff is amazing and makes you feel at home. The food is great (especially for an all inclusive). The drinks are good (not cheap bad tasting alcohol). The kids have fun as they become friends with the other kids at the resort. And for the parents, it’s great to feel like you’re on vacation and not just parenting on vacation. The Nannie’s are a huge help. The rooms are very spacious with the kids having their own separate sleeping space and bathroom. The resort has remarkably recovered from Hurricane Melissa with the storm not impacting our stay at all. It was our second year in a row here. We love it (and so do our kids)!"

"SeaEsta was OVER THE TOP AWESOME! You get what you pay for and the higher price tag here was WELL worth it. Chef Richie, Butler Glen, Driver Kemar, Housekeeper (I can’t recall her name) — they were all so great and accommodating, going above and beyond. We got to watch a cargo ship unload and leave while we were there, which was a super cool experience! Plus the tree on the beach is a favorite of the pelicans! Zero complaints, literally nothing. Everything from the beautiful vehicle, to the scheduling of excursions…Jason and Gizelle hooked it up! We will definitely be back! "
