I heard no construction. For individuals like myself who like to take the bus system, the bus stop is not far away, but it’s important to be aware that Oslo City Center is not close.-It’s about an hour and 15 minutes by bus. If you want a hotel close to the airport that is comfortable and has friendly staff, I recommend this hotel. "
