I know this may seem like an expectation, but the towels were soft and thick. Many places we stayed this trip did not have nice towels, so this was appreciated! "

"Incredible hotel and wonderful staff! Beautiful evening at their restaurant as well as the food was excellent. Only frustration is that our room did not have air conditioning. Only some rooms have AC but our door opened which allowed plenty of air flow from outside."
