You will find a third bathroom off the Oceanside covered patio across the entire back of the villa, complete with a BBQ Grill, hammock, comfortable patio furniture, and a private Hot Tub perfect for relaxing in sunny Rincón!

Guests of Sunset Paradise Villas can enjoy the infinity swimming pool located upstairs, at Villa 3 shared rooftop terrace. This is the ideal place to enjoy the stunning Ocean and Sunsets view.

The property also enjoys direct access to the sea shore.

The shore of our beach is constantly changing, sometimes it has a lot of sand and sometimes the level drops. But the water is always crystal clear, the bottom is sandy, excellent for bathing, swimming and water sports.

Usually the water is calm, but in occasions where the sea is affected by some weather system.

When the sand level drops and access from the property is difficult, we have a sandy beach right next to the property. You don't need to take the car to get there.

You could book the whole Villa 4, Villa Camila together with Villa Alma (lower level) to make it a seven-bedroom cozy and comfortable Villa for 14 guests.

Sunset Paradise Villas counts on eight villas, that can be booked separately or in combination, fitting maximum 50 guests. This is the perfect location for holidays as well as to organize an event.
