The building overlooks a large green area and a road leading to the sea area and the promenade. In the immediate vicinity are all the facilities and services that can be found in a well-organized tourist town like Rimini: Restaurants, bars, entertainment, dance clubs, stores ... all within easy reach and within walking distance. For your day trips, San Marino, Ravenna and Venice are the best options. In Rimini, during the summer season, the program of events is always very rich.
