"The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). "The hotel was very convenient to the airport, within walking distance. Check in was unusual in that it was self check in but staff helped the process. The room was small but ingeniously designed to provide everything needed. It was fine for an overnight stay for connecting flights."
