Great amenities in the suite - so clean and the most comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was included - again so clean. Very knowledgeable about the local area .. Though my main thanks goes to Irina .. she was absolutely amazing . I will be returning to Riga and to the hotel because of her and how her customer service was . Hotel justus you have an excellent member of staff . "

"They strictly adhere to the 3 pm check-in rule, not 1 second earlier. They gave me a drink voucher to use and I quote "at the bar" - except it's not valid for alcohol! No amenities, servicing the room was non- existent. Bring lots of adapters if you want to charge your equipment. Location is good"
