"We had a stop over in Florence and truly enjoyed our stay! From start to finish the staff was extremely helpful and the room was exceptionally bigger than we anticipated. Location was perfect! The hotel was close to all the major sights. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Beware, there are two sites 20mins apart. Having travelled all day arriving at midnight to find I was in wrong place and the booking could not be transferred even though they had available rooms (just one night) was not good news. And, how much is the tourist tax?"
