Vacation in a genuine farm house! This charming 77m² apartment is located in Riffian (Rifiano), an idyllic town situated in the Alps in northern Italy's South Tyrol area. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 spacious bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The apartment features free Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite television. The apartment is suitable for children and is equipped with a baby bed (upon request; free of charge). Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the balcony or relax outdoors in the furnished garden, which is a shared feature. There are a number of restaurants, bars, bakeries, and cafes just a 2 to 3 minute drive (1 km) from the property. The apartment is located directly on the Riffianer Waalweg, the jumping off point for many hiking areas, such as the Tappeinerweg Trail or the Apfelweg just 8 to 10 minutes (5 to 6 km) by car. The area offers other great outdoor activities. The Meran 2000 Ski Resort is just a 13 minute (9 km) drive by car and there are over 173 cycling trails of various kinds that wind through the beautiful mountain landscape. The Bolzano-Dolomiti Airport is 35 minutes (36 km) by care from the property.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Von dem großen Balkon hat man einen fantastischen Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Die Gastgeber sind toll und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Besonders schönes Appartement

Pros: Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich, dazu ein Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht und Ausstattung. Wir empfanden die Wohnung auch mit 4 Personen als sehr geräumig, sodass sich man sich dort auch bei Regentagen gut aufhalten kann, falls nötig. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht, das macht sich auch in der Küche bemerkbar! Uns hat beim Kochen nichts gefehlt. Den Brötchenservice haben wir gern genutzt. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir neben der schönen Wohnung auch seine Vermieterin, sie war nicht nur offen und herzlich, sondern auch sehr engagiert und war uns mehrfach bei unserer Tourenauswahl behilflich. Von uns auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung! Cons: Es gab nichts zu bemängeln

Wahnsinns Ausblick

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr ruhig am Ende des Hochüblweg gelegen. Die Wohnung war top, selten haben wir so eine saubere Wohnung gehabt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Passeiertal ist phantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin war sehr gut, den Brötchensevice können wir ebenso sehr empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
