The front desk staff responded quickly when we reported that our shower was not functioning properly. Since we were staying for four nights and five days, a broken shower was completely unacceptable, though a single-night guest might have overlooked it. The hotel sent a technician, but unfortunately, the initial repair attempt was unsuccessful. A look at online reviews suggests that shower maintenance is an ongoing issue at this property. After I followed up a couple of times, management finally relocated us to a different room.
