"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "We stayed four nights in this accomodation during our ski trip. It was one of the best accomodations we have ever rented! The place is incredibly clean and modern, the kitchen equipment is really good, the bed sheets are super comfy, and just everything was perfect. The host is super friendly and always ready to help.
