Pine Grove Estate offers stunning views of 14,000 ft. Mt. Sniffles and Cimarron mountains on a walkable and private 40 acre property situated atop Log Hill and removed from county road 1. Everything is top grade from Viking Kitchen appliance to Bosch washer & dryer to the audiophile sound system. Basement includes Olympic Judo mat workout area with bathroom & shower. Inviting front porch and patios offer incredible sunsets views. Property includes a shooting range. Owners live on-site in separate private area but are always available to assist, accompany, or entertain as desired. Owner teaches Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for anyone interested in an introduction into the martial arts. There are 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and basement having one double bed. Guests will have plenty of space to relax. This property is also perfect for Weddings.
