This beautiful blue lake tucked away in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado was definetely worth the hike. We backpacked up the mountain on a trail surrounded by wildflowers and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. This picture was from the next morning on the way to lower blue lake.

Red Rock Overlook: A secluded mountain home high above the Uncompahgre River

"We had a great stay! It was the perfect location to explore the surrounding towns. The house was excellent- clean and well stocked with everything needed. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Hot tub was such a perk, beautiful star gazing and plenty of privacy to enjoy it. Really appreciated how clean the hot tub was, weekly maintenance by hosts. Overall, it was a beautiful property to enjoy some quality time with family and we are so glad we chose to stay here. "
