"We love Microtels! Our room was clean and had lots of amenities- microwave, fridge, hair dryer and even warming lights in our bathroom! The staff was polite and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great, especially for the price. Parking is on site and easy. "

"The room was very clean, and the suite had everything we needed. The underground parking was nice to have. The staff was accommodating. I forgot a couple things in my room when I checked out, and the staff called me to let me know. They even offered to mail it back. "

"Parking was right at the room door for the first floor, which is convenient, and the agent was great. For cons, the wifi didn’t work at all, the bed and pillows were pretty hard and they weren’t very comfortable. The agent did say that the cable company was coming to check it out, so maybe that will be resolved. "

"The elevator walls were smeared with something I cant describe. It was there fir 4 days. The pool and hot tub were shut down by the city for sanitation reason. The hospital shuttle ran when the driver felt like it and 1 day was over an hour late. 2 of the days we used the shuttle, the driver texted the entire 10 minute drive. It was very unsafe. The refrigerator in our room froze everything we put in it. "
