"We stayed in a room with 2 queens and a Haida bed. Beds were comfortable. Generally clean but the room could use a “deep” clean. If you want to use the pool, it’s across the parking lot at the “sister” hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool. We’ve stayed here before, and will surely stay again. Always enjoy Chinese dinner at the Moon Wok restaurant which is right on site."

"As someone who works in the tourism industry, I tend to notice the little details that separate a good stay from an exceptional one. Janis and Nathan have set a standard that genuinely exceeded my expectations.I've never stayed somewhere where so much thought had been put into every aspect of the guest experience. From outlets and charging options that accommodate every device, to an abundance of towels, a thoughtful selection of pillows, and a generous assortment of snacks and treats, every detail has been carefully considered. It never felt like they simply provided a place to sleep. It felt like they asked themselves, "What would make someone's stay just a little bit better?" and then actually did it.The property itself is beautiful, but what really makes it memorable is the hospitality. Janis and Nathan are wonderful hosts, and their two playful, friendly dogs add so much personality and charm to the experience.If you have the opportunity, don't miss the tour of their bronze sculpture workshop. It's a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at an incredible craft and made the stay even more memorable.I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. "Nice retreat. Went for ball tournament. FYI the elevation difference between here and Kamloops can mean it’s baseball weather in town and snowing at the cabin. Which we experienced. But the pool was fun. Fam had a good time."
