Staff welcoming and very helpful, would like to recognize Roshan, Cristine, Srimali (invited for independenc day celebration), Ramki, Aman, Pubudu, among the group that helped us. There were many great staff, names not known. Cons- Location of hotel is great, but the driving is not so friendly,sharp corners, narrow bumpy street. Can cause somewhat dizzy. Lastly No Spa - Say what - Yes no spa. Hopefully in the future. Thank You for a great stay. During our trip stayed in Cinnamon Life Colombo, Cinnamon Bentota and Cinnamon Citadel. All wete great, great staff and great locations. Will be back."
