"Our stay at Camel's Garden was exactly what we needed. We booked a suite and it was huge, very comfortable and we looked forward to coming back to the room each night. Staff was very friendly. For the price, it would have been nice if parking had been included, especially with the suite, but the $20 charge was okay and not excessive. Breakfast was just only okay with essentially only bagels and yogurt parfaits, the they did provide salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes, etc. For the price of the room(s), we thought there might be more protein choices. The breakfast staff was great though and it was sufficient. The setting of the hotel is perfect just beside the gondola to San Sofia and Mountain Village so it's well positioned. The hot dog stand next to the hotel also was a plus with a great Chicago-style hotdog. Be sure to take the river walking path just behind the hotel as well. "Off" for mosquitoes is recommended. When we come back to Telluride, we'll be sure to stay at Camel's Garden."

"Up scale hotel , healthy walking distance to town. Our room was over the underground parking garage and we heard the door opener every time a car entered or left. It was shoulder season so that didnt happen often. The room was absolutely gorgeous with a patio surrounded by trees to block you from the road."

"Very nice comfortable rooms and a great price. Be aware - There is a very long and steep set of stairs you must climb to get to the rooms though. Excellent contact with the manager about getting room code. Restaurant on bottom floor and multiple restaurant options on the Main St one block over. Will definitely stay there again if we travel that direction."

"My wife and I stayed here for our 3rd wedding anniversary in mid-June. We had previously stayed here in March 2019 for a ski trip and really enjoyed it, hence the return visit. Everything about the stay was awesome. Of particular note is the staff. Right from the beginning, Eric was very helpful and friendly. In fact, everytime we came down the elevator to the lobby, there was someone there to greet us with a smile and friendly word. In addition to Eric, Jake also was a standout person. We booked a room for next February for a ski trip. Before we booked, we asked if we could see some of the choices (room size and type) in order to make a better choice. Jake showed us several rooms and made the decision on our room choice easier. Hint, it was not the room we originally thought we would book. Overall, if we could give more than five stars, we would. I doubt we will ever stay anywhere else in Mountain Village."
