Nestled in the heart of the Chess Valley, The Sheep Retreat offers a peaceful oasis for those looking to escape the stresses of daily life. This unique glamping experience at North Hill Farm blends countryside charm with modern comfort — the perfect retreat for couples.
Inside the shepherd’s hut, you’ll find a cosy king-sized bed, a self-contained kitchenette, central heating, and a smart TV. The hut is thoughtfully designed as two connected units: a main living/sleeping area and a separate bathroom, joined by a quirky tunnel. Prefer to not to crawl through? No problem — both areas are accessible via their own exterior doors.
Step outside to truly unwind. Enjoy a dip in your private hot tub or relax with a BBQ in the outdoor seating area. You’ll also find a outdoor heated shower to soak under the stars. Not only this, the sheep retreat also includes a free standing bath and toilet inside.
And yes — well-behaved pets are very welcome to this unit! There’s plenty of stunning countryside walks in the chess vally, and your furry companion will love exploring just as much as you do.
Located in Chorleywood, our glamping site is easily accessible by car or just a short walk from the local London Underground station. On site, guests can enjoy our 13-hole Disc Golf Course, scenic countryside walks, and charming nearby pubs. Plus, the world-famous Harry Potter Studios Tour is just a 15-minute drive away — perfect for a magical day out.
