"Absolutely stunning. And the bathroom is insanely beautiful. Perfect base stay in London and will be using again in the future. Just book it, you won't regret. "

"The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. Each room in our apartment had a separate heating/cooling unit which was a plus. The staff were fantastic (friendly,...

"The space was good for 4 adults traveling. The beds were comfortable, we liked all the windows and views. Good amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, tv). Very close to transit which makes the cost 100% worth it.
Paying extra for towels and not having any hand soap available was a little strange, but we made it work. "

"The excellent location and good price were definitely the main factors in my choice. The only downside was a hair in the bed (unfortunately not a sign of perfect hygiene, but I understand that can happen) and the shower head wasn't perfectly stable.
As for the structure, nothing to complain about."

"Great location and simple check-in. The property was very clean and comfortable, with all the bits you'd need to feel at home. The only issue was the kettle that had a terrible leak, and the coffe machine was loud and tricky to operate."

"This was a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful inside with lots of room. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and laundry were priceless and the location to the train station was about 15 min. The property managers were excellent. Would recommend this for any traveler to London! "

"Lovely flat on the 3rd floor. Clean and spacious. Fairly quiet (main bedroom at the back so that was very quiet overnight). Very helpful lady looking after check in. Great location close to Marylebone village which is lovely for a wander around. "

"Rooms are in real need of renovation. Stained carpets, grubby bathrooms, mouldy ceiling, chipped bath, dirty walls , plug sockets not working well, stained bed linen. We had 2 rooms and both poor.
The bar on the upper foyer is very nice and the location was convenient."
"Very clean. Very busy - queues for breakfast. I had a little issue with the plumbing in my room, which I think housekeeping should be encouraged to report before customers need to report it. Reasonable value for money for this location.
Ideal place for going to a show."
"Great location, clean rooms.staff would try to sell you an upgrade if you arrive before the normal check in time at 3pm
Hotel is good value for the money it charges"
"Wonderful location with just a couple minute walk to Russell Square Station (Picadilly Line). The room was clean and a decent size for London. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Just be careful with the shower flooding because the water pressure was too much to handle all at once for the drain. There is luggage storage which is great but was annoyed that I had to take out and toss my sealed water bottle I just bought out of my backpack pocket in order to store."
"Location is fantastic, staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed and linens were clean but overall the room didn't feel clean, the power went out (understandably not their fault but still sucked) and we had to pack up to checkout in the dark. Overall the room did not feel worth 400$ a night and we would try somewhere else next time. "
"The room was spacious with a nice view of the Thames. There was no soap in the bathroom. No biggie, called down and someone brought some up. Got in the shower, body wash was also empty. Called down again. It had a kitchenette, dish soap also empty. I was excited about the opportunity to do laundry however no laundry soap. I went to the front desk to ask if I could get some and was told I had to go next door to Tesco to buy some. Went next door and they only sold full size bottles which I wasn’t going to buy for one load, so no laundry. There’s carpet in the bedroom which was filthy. When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready (we were early), so we left our bags and ventured out. I asked the front desk if they could have the sofa bed set up while housekeeping was getting the room ready. Got back around 6, sofa bed not set up. Called down and housekeeping came up but appeared completely annoyed we even asked to have this done. I was literally getting a tip out of my purse when they “smacked” the bed with their hand, said “there you go” and abruptly left the room. I ordered Uber Eats however, I didn’t realize Uber Eats are not permitted in the hotel at all (even the lobby), so had to go down outside to meet him. Upon checkout, the front desk asked how my stay was, I said “it was just ok”, she replied “oh that’s good, have a great day”. The only person I encountered here who was amazing was the gentleman who brought up our luggage. Would not stay here again."
