We are a group of nine 1-bedroom apartments inside a newly built thirty 1-bedroom apartment building (August, 2024). The nine units are designated as tourist homes licensed by the city of Richmond. It's off I-64 exit 193a, in a quiet and upcoming new development residential area. A short walk to the newly built Bon Secour Hospital Complex, it is less than 2 miles drive to the Richmond downtown area, home to many museums, events and conferences, and of course, popular restaurants and bars.

The tub backed up immediately and I was left standing in filthy water. I had to remove the drain to get the water to go down. I have never seen a dirtier, more clogged drain in my life. The owner told me that was a biohazard and that the previous renter had been there for a month, therefore it was that person’s fault. I asked for my cleaning fee back and was ignored after that. Really disgusting they don’t have the places thoroughly cleaned, especially after someone has stayed there that long. I was fine staying in a rough area that was a 15 minute drive to downtown as long as it was clean, but it unfortunately was not.
